I've built my website with the
open source html editor, Nvu,
as
mentioned on my software
page.
It also uses CSS (cascading style sheets) for the layout and style,
therefore, it's best viewed with a browser thats fully supports CSS
- almost all browsers do. I try to use
compliant standards for all html and CSS code, but I don't always
check.
