Massey College commissioned this missa brevis in 2002. The Chapel of St. Catherine is within Massey College, a beautiful building designed by Ron Thom.
The mass is quite short, containing only a Kyrie, Sanctus, Benedictus, and Agnus Dei. While mostly in four parts, there are a few splits in the tenor and bass lines.
